Losing the UFC heavyweight championship is certainly not the way that Junior Dos Santos wanted to spend his Saturday night. But he was well compensated for taking a beating at the hands of Cain Velasquez. The Brazilian walked out of Vegas with $400,000 in his pocket, the richest purse paid to any fighter on the night. For his trouble, Velasquez received the shiny gold belt and 200K. Here’s what the rest of the payouts looked like:
