UFC 101 time and Dana White is not happy
On the eve of UFC 101 UFC's President Dana White responded the the signing of Fedor with Strikeforce and he made it perfectly clear he is not happy. It seems like the start of a fight the Strikeforce and Fedor cannot win.
When asked about the signing White said, "You just answered your own question. They should have stayed where they were. We'll see what happens. You want to fight me we're going to fight, and you know how that goes and we know how that ends".
He also responded to the question of them now being strong enough to compete with the UFC, after spending the money to sign Fedor
"It will put them out of business," White commented about what Fedor's signing will do for Strikeforce. "These guys have no money and they have no distribution. Four (expletive) people watch Showtime. Their last fight they put on, do you know how many people watched that fight? 245,000 people watched that fight."
While not detailing the amount that he offered Fedor he said, "I guarantee you the deal he got at Strikeforce isn't even in the (expletive) universe of what he got (from the UFC)," White stated. "The deal he got at Strikeforce probably isn't even the deal he had at Affliction. They have no money."
And if that wasn't enough White finished the question and answers with this gem,
"They have no fighters, they have nobody for him to fight," White said about competition for Fedor. "They're a small time show; they're trying to act like they have something. Cung Le hasn't defended his title since like 1997, Josh Thomson hasn't defended his title in something like two years, (Alistair Overeem) hasn't defended his title in two years. Strike-farce. It's a joke. It's a tiny little regional show with nobody in it."

This article pretty much reminds me why I hate 95% of the articles on this site. Please don't act like you watch mma when you have probably been watching UFC for 2 months and still call the sport ultimate fighting. Cruise the video section and find some footage of Fedor before you decide what one dimensional wrestlers are going to be squashing him.
Ted you should stop writing about mma seroisly...brock was made a camp by the ufc and saying fedor has no competion in strikeforce is retarted I think the numberone heavyweght fighter to fight fedor right now is bret rogers I've always said a new faster striker could beat fedor just because brock has the belt and the fight would make ratings doesn't mean he deserves the chance to fight fefor... I agree with Dana StrikForce is the GAY!! So Fedor's gonna fight Mr.T's Biological God son instead of Brock? Even if Brock Beat Fedor's Ass all the Fedor nut huggers would still make excuses for there fallen Emporor and would still call any Brock fan a "UFC fanboy" or there other favorite insult "WWE fanatic" get real people MMA is growing and Brock is the guy to take it to the next level PRIDE is DEAD and Fedor's career is next.

Fedor chooses his own fate. I don't like the choice, but no matter what he is still a badass. He has only lost the one fight, which if you watch the video was a fluke, dude got a lucky shot that cut Fedor above the eye and the ref called the fight after the fight barely started. As far as the UFC, I am a fan, after all entertainment is what it's about.
Dana never said anything against Fedors abilities, he wants him and who wouldn't. Dana just said it was a poor career choice that won't earn him near as much money as if he had gone with UFC. I like Brock Lesnar, he is a strong freak, but I think Fedor is one of those guys that could have sent him home early. Obviously Fedor must have his reason, most would have went for the Gold.
Fedor would rip him a new one then hand it back to Brock. Brock is brute strength Fedor is strength and technique. Just to highlight some big names Fedor has walked through, Tim Silvia
Andre Arlovski,Mark Coleman,Nogueira,Heath Herring. Brock Lesnar has beat Frank Mir and an aged Randy Couture. Fedor has a chance to give anyone a run for their money. Even if it is all of strikeforce's money.

I can't believe you posted those pictures. You put 3 different fights hahahaha. Cause he only had like 5 f*ck*ng fights, one of which he lost. I am literally willing to bet my life that if anybody thinks brock is btter then fedor, they have just started watching UFC 2 months ago and don't know j@ck sh!t about anything else. Bret rogers record is 10 - 0 with 9 knockouts, he's way more qualified then brock lesnar is. If you don't think so you should cut your balls off and feed them to your ret@rded parents for making you.
