Sundance 2013 is underway in Park City, Utah! Park City may feel like a long way away, but Sundance has a far reach. The festival is a chance to spot trends as they emerge and an opportunity for companies to showcase their latest product.
Udi's Gluten Free Table and the Miami Oasis lounge opened its doors this weekend. This was an opportunity to experience two lounges behind one door. The Udi's Gluten Free Table offered a gluten free menu that using local meat and produce along with Udi's gluten free products. Udi's also offered take home samples of many of their tasty treats. Tomato Basil Soup with Herbed Crostini made from Udi's baguettes and grilled cheese sandwiches featuring Udi's white, whole grain or millet chia bread and Utah's Own Beehive Cheddar cheeses are just a few of the items being offered this weekend. The Miami Oasis served up hot toddies and passed hors d'oeuvres while a local dj created atmosphere.
