Ubisoft isn't letting the launch of Grand Theft Auto V on the PS3 and Xbox 360 go by without saying anything. The Watch Dogs publishers released a new advertisement Tuesday inviting gamers to come visit Chicago in a couple of months.
The slogan in the released image you see above reads, "two months are enough to visit Los Santos. Come to Chicago on Nov. 21."
The release of this image was accompanied by a post on the official Watch Dogs Facebook page that reads, "Enjoy your time in beautiful Los Santos. On November 19, we'll see you in Chicago."
For those that don't know, Los Santos is a fictional California city based on Los Angeles where Grand Theft Auto V takes place.
GTA V was just released worldwide for the PS3 and Xbox 360 and is expected to be a monster seller with 18 to 25 million copies sold in by the end of March 2014. While counter-programming with game releases is not all that uncommon, a publisher using one game's release to promote their own seems especially audacious.
