U.S. News reveals 2014 Best Diets list

If you’re looking for a diet plan to help you reach your health, nutrition and weight loss goals, then you probably want to check out the 2014 Best Diets report.

U.S. News extensively evaluated 32 of the most popular diets and identified the best plans and ranked them as well.

Weight Watchers tops the list for Best Weight Loss Diet with the Biggest Loser Diet coming in second.

The Weight Watchers plan also topped several other lists including Best Commercial Diet Plan as well as the Easiest Diet to Follow.

If you’re looking for a plant based diet, then check out the Mediterranean Diet. The Flexitarian Diet ranked number two.

Of the many diets listed, the top three Best Overall Diets are the DASH Diet, the TLC Diet, and the Mayo Clinic Diet.

According to the Boston Medical Center, approximately 45 million Americans diet each year and spend $33 billion on weight-loss products in their pursuit of a leaner, healthier body.
