After Tyron aka Tyrone Perez was found dead Thursday, the cause of death was said to be suicide for the StarStruck celebrity. However, police in Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela City where he was found, are still investigating.

According to the IBT, the 26-year-old Filipino actor was found dead in his Toyota Altis alongside a highway in the Philippines. Police said he died from a gunshot wound to the head. They also found a .22 caliber handgun next to his body.
Initial reports from police ruled Tyrone Perez's cause of death a suicide. However, they are investigating to rule out foul play.
According to a close friend Alvin Salazar, his wife told him Tyrone Perez mentioned wanting to take his life early Thursday. However, when he later saw him that day, he did not seem worried or stressed about anything.

After the television actor was found dead in his car, his name became the trending topic on the social media site. Not only did his fans mourn the loss of Perez, fellow celebrities took to their Twitter accounts and expressed grief over the sudden loss of the star, according to ABC News.
