The Doctor explained to him if he did not make immediate changes he wouldn’t survive within 6 months. Therefore, he followed the doctor’s treatment plan and contends anyone over 40 needs to rest their bodies at least seven hours each night, exercise, eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and lower stress. Don’t forget to drink at least 60 ounces of water each day. Start having fun and remember to focus on turning your dreams and passions into your reality.
