Banks said that it will be a more modern version, but fans of the original film starring Banks and a younger Lindsay Lohan should still be excited. In the original film, Banks plays the Barbie doll Eve who is brought to live by a heartbroken young girl played by Lohan. The movie captured hearts and Banks, now 40, is happy to be involved in the film again.
She told Digital Spy:
“I have a meeting today to go over the script! I swear! I don’t think it’ll be out until probably 2015, but I’m guessing it could be late 2014 or 2015. But it will be back, Life-Size will be back, better than ever.”
Banks is still staying mum about the details of the sequel but it is obviously she is excited. There is no indication on whether Lindsay Lohan will be involved in the film. The 27-year-old has been dealing with her share of personal problems since the original film was released back in 2000.
