Tyra Banks dedicates show to 'Getting Your Shape in Shape'

Talk show host and model Tyra Banks is dedicating her Wednesday episode of The Tyra Show to what she calls, "Getting Your Shape in Shape".

Another one of Tyra's campaigns, the 35-year-old model recently confessed to slimming down via Sex and the City episodes and creating a better version of herself.

According to a report from JustJared.net, the former runway queen is at it again, claiming the ever common fitness phrase - It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle.

"It’s not about being skinny, it’s about getting in the best shape that you can be,” JustJared.net quoted the star as saying. Not an uncommon trend found on the model's TV show America's Next Top Model either.

Adding her mention, "If I can do it and love to lay up and not work out and I love me some BBQ ribs and some ice cream and some Haagen-Dazs, I can do this! And you can do this and still eat what you want, just not every second!”

The special healthy and fit episode is slated to run November 4.
