Woodfire Grill is happy to announce Tyler Williams will take over as executive chef immediately. The popular Woodfire Grill indulges Atlantans with seasonally influenced, ingredient-focused cuisine. The menu changes daily and features fresh local ingredients.
The restaurant is known for incorporating seasonal offerings of small local farms and purveyors. The menu format will remain the same and the restaurant still plans to offer its popular wine tastings and beer dinners.
Bernard Moussa and Nicolas Quinones, co-owners of Woodfire Grill hired Chef Williams to serve as executive chef of the iconic restaurant starting this week. Williams was most recently the executive chef at Abattoir. During his time there, he was named “Chef of the Year” by Eater Atlanta and was recognized as a 2012 Atlanta Rising Star Chef. Before beginning his Atlanta culinary career as the sous chef of Bacchanalia in 2010, Williams worked at several notable restaurants across the country including Genoa in Portland, Ore. and Chicago restaurants Moto, Graham Elliot and Gemini Bistro.
Woodfire Grill is located at 1782 Cheshire Bridge Road and serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday. For more information, visit www.woodfiregrill.com.
