The new comedy film by Tyler Perry, "The Single Moms Club," had its Hollywood premiere at the Cinerama Dome on March 10, 2014, in Los Angeles, Calif. The film was written and directed by Tyler Perry ("For Colored Girls") and stars Nia Long, Amy Smart and Wendi McLendon-Covey.
In "The Single Moms Club," a group of women meet at their children's school after an incident that bonds the woman together. They create support group to help each other through the difficulties of being a single mom.
This was the debut of "The Single Moms Club." The film will be released into U.S. theaters on Friday, March 14, 2014, and will compete for box office dollars with Kristen Bell's new film "Veronica Mars," the comedy "The Art of the Steal" and Aaron Paul's action flick "Need for Speed."
"The Single Moms Club" is rated PG-13 for some sexual material and thematic elements and has a run-time of one hour and 51 minutes.
