Everlyn Davis was, Oklahoma City, arrested this morning for assaulting two teachers in two different schools. According to the Spencer police, the mother slapped the two teachers in the face.
Davis slapped the first teacher in the hallway at Willow Elementary. She then went to Rogers Middle School, where she was scheduled to have a parent/teacher conference and slapped the teacher the conference was scheduled with. It is unknown why she slapped the two teachers.
“People wonder why children are violent,” Martha [last name withheld], from Oklahoma City, said. “Kids learn violence from their parents, television and video games. Especially parents.”
“As if low pay and violence from students wasn’t enough to discourage teachers from teaching,” James [last name withheld], from Midwest City, said. “Not enough money in the world to get me to teach these days; kids are dangerous and parents are crazy.”
Everlyn Davis, 41, is now facing assault and battery charges on the two teachers.
