Two Rosser residents arrested on burglary charge

Kaufman, Texas – On Thursday November 17, 2011 Kaufman County Deputies arrested two suspects for burglary of a building. Warren Earl Myles, 33, of Rosser and Barbara Irene Shipp, 25, also of Rosser were arrested after deputies received a call regarding suspicious activity at a residence located in the 5000 block of Rustic Trail. The caller had noticed a suspicious person on the property that they knew did not belong there and called 911.

After searching the burglarized residence, and finding no one, deputies found the suspect matching the description of Myles, walking down Fair Road near the City of Kaufman. As deputies were interviewing Myles, a vehicle stopped to pick up the suspect and was also arrested. Deputies received information that the second suspect Shipp had dropped Myles off at the residence. Both suspects were taken into custody without incident.

Myles and Shipp were transported to the Kaufman County Law Enforcement Center. Bond is set at $100,000.00 for both suspects.
