Two Rockmart teens are facing felony robbery and aggravated assault charges. 

On Wednesday, May 25,  2011 Polk County 911 dispatched EMS station 5 and Rockmart police to a Fairview Road address in reference to a 26 year old male that was bleeding from his head due to an assault and robbery that had just occurred at his residence. Officers learned that the suspects were Dadrian Cummings and Jaylon Ware.

Officers caught up with the suspects on West Church Street near Williamson Street along with three other subjects. All five subjects gave chase and began running. Additional units were dispatched to the area at the request of Rockmart officers on the scene. Polk County units responded to the area to assist. Officers were unable to locate the suspects and warrants were issued for their arrest.

 
on Thursday, May 26, 2011, Dadrian Jejuan Cummings, age 17, of Rockmart and Jaylon Shamontae Ware, age 17, also of Rockmart were both arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault, robbery and obstruction.

The victim was treated for non life threatening injuries. Some of the stolen property was recovered and returned to the victim.
