Two parties of death

See also

Have you noticed how greedy the Republican party has become lately? Have you noticed how they gladly give subsidies to farmers but discontinue unemployment benefits of the needy? Have you noticed how they gladly fund wars but don't give a damn about the poor? Have you noticed how they push for jobs but not for higher wages? Have you noticed how they blame the poor for their poverty and not those who withhold livable wages from them? Have you noticed how they praise the greedy as successful and curse the downtrodden as lazy?

On the other hand have you noticed how the Democratic party denies the rights of little children? Have you noticed how they will gladly speak of a woman's rights, but not an unborn child's rights? Have you noticed how they gladly speak of the poor and downtrodden, but ignore the most downtrodden of all, unborn children? Have you noticed how the Democrats speak of Republican greed and special interests, but not about a special interest group that has no power or money to speak for itself, unborn children?

Both our political parties are parties of death. Too many selfish Republican party members don't care if the poor live or die. Too many selfish Democratic party members don't care of the unborn live or die. Both trample the human rights of Americans. Both are self-serving and neither one really serves the best interests of all Americans.

No wonder we read, "And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart." (Genesis 6:6) Yet there is hope. There is hope for a change of heart even for hardhearted politicians (Matthew 3:2) if instead of merely pretending to be Christians they will start to live it.
