It’s almost the end of another week in Chicago and you know what that means? It’s time for another week of new jobs coming from the Monster jobs website. Both of the jobs being featured are in the healthcare industry. Here are just some of the details about the new positions.
The first position is an opening for a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse. It is a new opening at American Mobile Healthcare. The person for this job provides care for children and adolescents, usually up to the age of 18, with life-threatening or high-acuity conditions that require constant monitoring. The pediatric intensive care RN collaborates with families, physicians, and other healthcare officials to determine the best course of patient care and recovery. The next position of the week is an interesting one. It is an opening for a Medical Coder at a growing medical organization. This is a direct hire/on-site position. The person for this job will oversee and identify coding diagnosis, procedures and patient service information. You must have 1-3 years of medical coding experience, CPT and ICD-9 experience and must be able to code anesthesiology. An Associate degree in HIT is also a plus.
