The Winter Park Autumn Art Festival and the Southern Women's show dominated the art audiences this weekend. Starting October 10th and going through the weekend the Southern Women's Show held in the Convention Center offered audiences shopping, demos and seminars. And the Winter Park Autumn Art Festival held on the main street of Winter Park, Park Avenue, offered top artists from all over the world. Together these venues made it a busy weekend for many art enthusiasts.
The Winter Park Autumn Art Festival celebrated their 40th annual festival. This years judges were Mark Forman and Lisa Konikow and have over a hundred and fifty booths to evaluate. The Southern Women's Show sponsored by Chevrolet, Walgreens and the Orlando Sentinel offers three stages and a huge floor full of booths aimed at women but not exclusive to them. The Cooking stage has a full menu of celebrity chefs demonstrating the latest cooking techniques or products. The Spotlight stage has workshops on Women's Health, Do it Yourself and Comic Entertainment. The Fashion stage offers Dance and Zumba as well as several fashion productions.
