This week, which begins with the New York International Restaurant & Foodservice Show at the Javits Center in Manhattan, ends with two major shows, one regional and one international, at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) in Boston's Seaport District - the New England Food Show (NEFS) and the International Boston Seafood Show, March 10-13.
The New England Food Show, sponsored by the Massachusetts Restaurant Association and produced by Diversified Communications, will offer educational trade seminars, celebrity chefs demo and a keynote presentation on Monday afternoon by TV host Regis Philbin.
The event draws buyers for restaurants, institutional foodservice, supermarkets, retail shops and more from across New England with hundreds of exhibiting firms displaying products. The International Boston Seafood Show draws thousands of exhibitors and trade buyers from around the globe. The exposition is sponsored by the National Fisheries Institute, co-located with the New England Food Show.
