The super creamy cocktail goes by the title of “Jedi Mind Trick,” possibly because the 3 scoops of rocky road ice-cream and dollop of whipped cream disguise the alcoholic punch of dark rum, amaretto, coffee liquer, and, of course, the Bailey's Irish Cream. To make this cocktail, you will need a blender. Blend 1oz (2 tablespoons) of dark rum, amaretto, coffee liquer, and the Bailey's along with the 3 scoops of rocky road until mixture is smooth. Pour into a standard glass, top with whipped cream and optional cherry.
