Two arrested in Missouri City car chase

Fort Bend County Sheriff deputies arrested two men Saturday night, after a brief car chase.

The deputy first spotted the suspects driving a  white 1999 Nissan Altima at the corner of Cartwright and FM 1092, The vehicle had been reported stolen by the Houston Police Department.


As police activated their sirens, the driver gave chase , but quickly lost control and crashed into another vehicle near the intersection of Raoul Wallenberg and F.M. 1092.


The pair then tried to run but were taken into police custody.


The suspects are, Pearland resident David Jourbert, Jr., 42, and Houston resident Tracy Hubert Auzenne, 43. Both men are incarcerated at the Fort Bend County Jail. The pair were charged with the following vehicular related offenses -  use of a motor vehicle, evading in motor vehicle, evading on foot, trespassing in a motor vehicle.
