An audio recording of two police calls have been leaked by TMZ and 940AM WINZ in regards to the suspicious incident involving Colin Kaeperinck in Miami. They have since been released by the Miami Police.

Police are further examining the woman, who calls herself "Jesus", who was part of the suspicious incident in Miami. Ricardo Lockette is believed to have made two calls to police with the first one saying that the woman will not leave the hotel.

The first call, which lasts for one minute, 44 seconds, is a security person identifying the women's name with her intent to not exit the hotel. The second call has Lockette telling the 911 operator that the woman is undressed in his friend's bed as she won't leave until she sees him. Colin Kaepernick is presumed to be the friend that Lockette is referring to.

"Jesus" said that Kaepernick has kissed her and remembers Quinton Patton and Lockette peeking into the room, which triggered her to scream telling them to get away. She told police that she eventually passed out and doesn't remember anything vividly prior to waking up in the hospital the following day. The woman claims to have had a sexual relationship with Kaepernick, but they did not have sex on that night.

Kaepernick has been mostly silent on the issue, but had a three-part tweet saying that the initial reports coming from TMZ were "completely wrong", saying some things never happened.

"The charges made in the TMZ story and other stories I’ve seen are completely wrong. They make things up about me that never happened. I take great pride in who I am and what I do, but I guess sometimes you have to deal with someone who makes things up. I want to thank all of the people who have shared their encouraging sentiments. I assure you that your faith is not misplaced."

The incident is still under investigation, but it appears that the woman had no business being with Patton, Lockette and Kaepernick that night. No charges as of right now have been filed.
