One day after yesterday's standoff between former LAPD officer Christopher Dorner and law enforcement at a cabin near the Big Bear ski resort in California, a growing legion of fans on Twitter are cheering the former officer and his killing spree. Dorner, who authored a manifesto containing many liberal views and posted it on the internet before starting his killing spree apparently aimed most at law enforcement officers, has attracted many fans on Twitter. Fox News is reporting that Dorner is believed to be dead in the cabin.
Twitter user @xxGoreJess tweeted, “So proud of Christopher Dorner. Fight the f***ing power.” This tweet was sent at 11:37 PM last night.
Twitter user @paultevis responded to that by posting, “@xxGoreJess you're brave for standing up and speaking the truth! Keep it up, don't let them silence you!”
Later last night, @xxGoreJess tweeted this, “The damn news can't even get their stories straight about what happened to Dorner hahahahaha #getittogether “
A twitter user named @LosAngelesEazyy tweeted this, “A black Man outsmarted the entire LAPD. Happy black history month.”
Marc Lamont Hill @marclamonthill tweeted this bit of wisdom in favor of the alleged murdering former LAPD officer: “Dorner rightly placed a spotlight on police terrorism in America. And the pursuit to catch him showed the ugly aspects of the LAPD...”
Hill's tweeted was retweeted by @ProdigalSon_Ro, who also tweeted, “Fight the power! Go #Dorner they're trying to kill you for a reason. Go down fighting!
@58backer tweeted, “Alot of people low-key cheering for Dorner. Police kill innocents all the time #nofunwhenrabbitgotthegun"
One twitter fan, @Shay_Amour86, outright justified Dorner's murders, tweeting, “If you have to take a few lives to save thousands to create awareness so be it. #TeamDorner”
And others vowed they would not turn in Dorner, even for a million dollars.
@Wza_ tweeted, “If I had a chance to turn in #ChrisDorner for that $1 million reward I wouldn't. #TeamDorner”
@YMLEG3ND agreed, tweeting, “Ay tell LAPD they can keep that Million dollars. Prolly the only million I would pass up. #TeamDorner.”
@WarWizard summed the view of Dorner fans, tweeting, “#teamdorner How could I be upset bout some1 waging war on Pigs? Fuck the police, they gettin what they deserve. Some folk dont roll over!”
There seems to be no limit nor end to the number of Dorner fans tweeting these sentiments on twitter and supporting the alleged mass-murdering former LAPD officer. As of publishing this story, news outlets are reporting that Dorner's body is not yet identified nor his death confirmed but it is believed that he may have died in the burning cabin. Reports say one shot was heard after the fired started, leading to speculation that Dorner might have shot himself.
