According to Collider.com, the clip shows what happens when Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's characters (Edward and Bella) face the Volturi.

As evidenced from the clip, Michael Sheen, James Campbell Bower, and many others are featured in the sequence. While some may have seen this clip before, one gets a better sense of the intensity of the scene.
