The Twilight cast sure is showing some major respect for the privacy of its leads Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart right now.
Ashley Greene and Christian Serratos artfully deflected inquiries about their opinions on the relationship matter of the day, and now Chaske Spencer's come up with his own avoidance tactic: changing the subject altogether.
Hollywood Life asked Spencer for his thoughts on the drama - specifically, whether Twilight fans should separate the movies from real life - and he answered (sort of), “I think Syria is in big trouble if they don’t let the rebels go.”
Pretty good response, right? Not only is he staying out of it, but he's also not-so-subtly pointing out the fact that there are more pressing issues to concern ourselves with in the world. Chaske Spencer, of course, is a very vocal advocate for causes like global sustainability (see United Global Shift), so the answer is pretty appropriate.
