In a packed room of 6,000+ fans in Hall H, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and stars from “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn 2” had their final Comic-Con Panel yesterday in San Diego, CA. Fans got a sneak peak at the first seven minutes of the new movie where Kristen Stewart, who plays Bella, has finally turned into a vampire. When Eric asked about her transformation into a vampire in this last installment, Kristen Stewart explained, “It felt so good to break her in and see how fast the car goes…Twilight vampires are very unique, they’re not like all vampires. Everything about her amplified because everyone’s powers are influenced by how they were as a human. I love her. She’s the coolest one.”

When Robert Pattinson was asked about how he approached his role with Bella as a vampire, he reflected, “The weird thing is he was constantly surprised by Bella in the last 4 movies, but he’s even more surprised now. You’d think if they’re both the same creature, you’d think there’d be a little bit more understanding of her, but he has even less understanding of her, which is fun.” And there were many laughs and magic moments at this panel between Kristen and Robert.

When the cast was asked about their favorite scene or moment, Taylor Lautner shared, “I love the scene where I have to tell Kristen that I’ve imprinted.” And then Kristen expanded, “We got a tiny little space to shoot the scene, and I always imagined throwing him 100 feet.” On the set, she only had 20 feet, and you’ll have to watch our video to find out how she handled it.

Towards the end, Kristen reflected on this final saga by saying the word people keep using about their feelings is that it’s “bittersweet.” No one was bittersweet in this crowd as the fans lined up to ask questions and praise the cast. Fans had camped out to get into this panel for days, and we got really lucky being upfront as press. And at the end of this “Twilight” panel, many of their stars came out on stage for a final bow.

On a side note, Kristen was much more on top of her game for this panel versus the panel for “Snow White and The Huntsman” at Comic-Con last year. Perhaps it was Robert next to her side? Perhaps it was being surrounded by a cast who she grew up with on the set? Or perhaps Kristen is just more comfortable in front a crowd now?

After the panel, Wikia hosted a fun party to engage the fans with trivia contests and a photo booth with props at the Hard Rock Hotel.
