Rachelle Lefevre of the Twilight Saga (Twilight, New Moon) is set to star beside Adrien Brody in a new movie where she plays Brody's wife, Annette. The film will also star French actress Isabelle Adjani. The film will be produced by Brigitte Janson. According to the Vancouver Sun, the film: 'Is based on the true story of Baron Von Kempelen, a Hungarian engineer who invented a machine to play chess, called The Turk, in the late 18th century. The Baron is played by Brody. Lefevre will play his wife Annette and Adjani will portray the Russian Queen.'
Producer says of working with Brody: “When I started working on the project five years ago, I said - ‘I want Adrien Brody for this project’ and everyone said I was crazy,” said Janson. “But we never gave up.”

Yes I was heart broken when I heard the bad news because I loved Rachelle as Victoria I thought she was the perfect actress to portray the charactor of Victoria and its a shame that shes not going to be in Eclipse because everyone who read the books knows that in Eclipse the charactor Victoria plays a big part in the 3rd book, and thats what the story is mainly focused on is Victoria. And another reason that I love Rachelle is that we are both from Montreal,QC, and shes a great actress. I'm sure that Bryce Dallas Howard will be great as Victoria and I can't wait to see her in action I hope she will be mean ,vicious and ruthless .
