'Twilight' fans win Favorite Movie Fan Following People's Choice Award (Photos)

This year, rather than having the Twilight cast win at the People's Choice Awards, it was the fans who received the night's honor for the Saga.

Yep, Twilight fans - popularly referred as Twi-hards, though the term is not my preference - won the Favorite Movie Fan Following Award at the 2013 People's Choice Awards last night thanks to their own voting proficiency.

Twilight fans won out over fellow Young Adult book-to-film phenomenon fans like Potterheads (Harry Potter), Tributes (for The Hunger Games, which otherwise had a big night with several wins), Ringers (Lord Of The Rings) as well as Rumrunners (Pirates Of The Caribbean).

Attending the People's Choice Awards of the Twilight Saga cast was J.D. Pardo, who portrayed Nahuel of the South American coven in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2. He was in attendance alongside his Revolution co-stars to support the show, which was nominated for Favorite New TV Drama. Photos of him are attached in the slideshow. Also attached is that Twilight fan journey parody video that pretty much sums up a lot of Twilight fan experiences throughout the years, just for fun.

Congrats, Twilight fans!
