Two new sandwiches have debuted at Wendy’s recently and through the middle of May, customers are encouraged to tweet a photo of the new Flatbread Grilled Chicken sandwich @wendys Twitter using the hashtag #twEATfor1K, for a chance to win $1,000 each day until the middle of May. For every sandwich photo tweeted with #twEATfor1K, customers increase their chances of winning.
There is no way to be disappointed when you try these delicious and health conscious new offerings. Wendy’s, known for their delicious square hamburgers, has debuted a grilled chicken sandwich which is the centerpiece of the new offering. Nestled on a five grain flat-bread this all-white meat chicken sandwich is grilled fresh in Wendy’s kitchens. The chicken is topped with fresh sliced and juicy tomatoes and a blend of nine lettuces. The customer has the choice of either delicious honey mustard spread or a second sandwich that layers bacon, Asiago cheese and an Asiago ranch sauce.
Wendy’s has a long history of offering its guests an assortment of menu items that are not only tasty, but can also be made to order, so guests can customize their meals to suit their taste and dietary needs. This new sandwich is certainly health conscience. The honey mustard sandwich has a sweet and savory flavor and is only 370 calories. Both varieties are packed with nutrients like protein, fiber, potassium, iron, Vitamins A and C.
