Twee Off to Support Children's Healthcare of Atlanta during Masters Week

Stewart Cink, local PGA Tour star, is aiming to raise $600,000 for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) via Twitter. The Challenge is a three-week long fundraising Twitter campaign. In recognition of the $600,000 contribution to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta by AT&T, Stewart seeks to double that amount by raising another $600,000, for a grand total of $1.2 million, with the help of his 1.2 million Twitter followers.

From now through, Tuesday, April 27th, Cink will encourage his followers and supporters to keep the community spirit of the past Atlanta Golf Classic tournament alive and help his local children’s hospital, CHOA. CHOA is one of the largest clinical care providers for children in the country.

The community can get involved by donating at one of the four different levels, with the change to win great prizes:

* Play 72: Donate $72 and enter for a chance to win airfare for two, hotel for two nights and tickets to THE TOUR Championship presented by Coca Cola in Atlanta; as well as a chance to meet Cink at the
tournament;
* Play 36: Donate $36 and enter for a chance to win set of Nike golf clubs;
* Play 18: Donate $18 and enter for a chance to win an autographed golf bag used by Cink during the 2010 Masters Tournament;
* Play 9: Donate $9 and enter for a chance to win one of 12 dozen golf balls;

Cink is pitching in as well and contributing $50,000 to help the kids at Children's. The total amount raised will be announced during the Spring Baseball Classic for Kids, a collegiate rivalry game between the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech, on April 27, 2010, at Turner Field.
