TV's Dr. McSteamy, Eric Dane of "Grey's Anatomy," is the latest celeb to star in a sex tape, having been caught on video in menage a trois with his wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss USA turned high-priced prostitute Kari Ann Peniche.
Gawker.com is streaming twelve minutes of the incriminating three-way, which features the couple completely nude, allegedly under the influence, and discussing which porn names they should use for the video. They also talk about erasing the tape, but obviously that idea never got past the discussion stage.
Perhaps they forgot to erase it because they were, in Gayheart's words, "very high."
The 25 year old Peniche was stripped of her Miss USA 2002 title for posing in the all-together for Playboy magazine.
While appearing on "Celebrity Rehab" to treat her sex addiction, the pageant winner turned hooker was roomates with Country singer Mindy McCready, one hit wonder, drunken trainwreck and one-time alleged underage plaything of disgraced baseball star Roger Clemens. Peniche claims the tape was stolen off of her laptop's hard drive by McCready, although how it ended up on Gawker is still not known.
"Grey's Anatomy" executive producer Shonda Rimes could not be reached for comment.

The beauty queen who stars in a sexy home video with Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart insists she didn't have sex with the couple.
Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche appears with the acting couple in a 12-minute video, which leaked online on Monday. The trio are seen passing the camera around while they discuss each other's porn names. In one scene Dane filmed the two women in a bathtub.
Shortly after the tape appeared on Defamer.com, the Grey's Anatomy actor's lawyer Marty Singer released a statement threatening to sue anyone who published it, and insisting no sex took place.
He said, "Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients' rights and will be exposed to significant liability."
On Tuesday Peniche's manager David Weintraub echoed the sentiment in an interview Usmagazine.com. He described the video as "all done in good fun," adding, "This is not a sex tape. It's guys having fun, hanging out together. There is no sex involved in this."
Weintraub continues, "(Peniche is) sorry that somebody has stolen these things and put them out. That's the overall of it. Those are good friends of hers. It was in good fun and, unfortunately, now it's public record."
