Chris O'Dell, the "Miss O'Dell" of the George Harrison song that appeared on the B-side for "Give Me Love (Give Me Peace on Earth)" and author of "Miss O'Dell: My Hard Days and Long Nights with The Beatles, The Stones, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, and the Women They Loved," will be appearing this week on ABC's "Good Morning, America."
O'Dell, who was a personal assistant at Apple and assistant to George Harrison and was in the studio when the Beatles recorded "The Beatles (White Album)", "Let It Be" and "Abbey Road," will be a guest on the show on Friday, which also happens to be John Lennon's birthday.
She will also be making the following in-store appearances in the coming weeks:
- October 9th at 7:00 p.m., Borders, 10 Columbus Circle, New York, NY 10019;
- October 16th at 8:00 p.m., Book Soup, 8818 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA, 90069.
- October 14th at 7:00 p.m., Barnes & Noble, 5130 E. Broadway, Tucson, AZ 85711.
- November 11th at 7:00 p.m., Changing Hands, 6428 S. McClintock Drive, Tempe, AZ. 85383.
Update: Chris O'Dell will also be guest on the first edition of "Dinner Specials" hosted by May Pang and Cynthia Neilson on BlogTalkRadio.com at 8 p.m. ET Oct. 9.
