Construction workers that will build a tunnel under Summers Ridge Road near Camino Santa Fe in Mira Mesa will have room to connect the ends of the tunnel to two development lots. The city council decided this week the tunnel can cross into a property on the corner the city gave the developer a permit to build a regenerative medicine facility on.
