Our guest and home product today is Kuviez (pronounced “Kuv” as in cover and “iez” as in easy. It may be an unconventional name but the premise is exciting for children’s beds. Moms will love the fact that someone has devised a way to keep children covered in bed all night.
Little ones have a way of twisting and turning through the night. Kuviez are a clever way of keeping the bed together and dressed with no more tucking and rearranging.

Here are some questions we posed to Kuviez founder, Stefanie Huber:
Q.: Whose brainchild was the Kuviez sheet system and what was the impetus?
S.: Wow...I have really never thought about whose brainchild Kuviez sheet system is...it is a very, thought provoking, humbling question. MANY Brains led to the creation of our product. But the one person that is a constant, spirited light in both good times and bad is my determined, creative partner, Janae' Giurlani.
As with many inventions, the creative, motivating incentive was problem solving. Desperate for a sound night's sleep and a solution to my son's nightly wake up calls, I began searching for clues. Noticing his tousled, untamed messy bedding led me to think," Max's coverings are becoming untucked and he is loosing control of his bedding. He is waking up because he is uncovered and uncomfortable. Seeking support and a sensible solution, I picked up the phone and called my friend and now partner, Janae'. After brainstorming together for awhile, the idea of attaching the coverings together for the following night arose. So, I tried it...and it worked! Max slept through the night for the first time!
Q.: Can you tell Moms, decorators and homeowners how the sheet sets work?
S.: Sure. Kuviez is simple to use. During our design's development, our goal was to simplify the traditional bedding style.

Q.: What is on the horizon for Kuviez?
S.: Although Janae' and I face financial and manufacturing challenges daily, we intend to move forward and persevere toward our goals...one step at a time. After 3 1/2 years of development, overcoming obstacles daily, we understand first hand that "Patience is a Virtue".
We are very optimistic considering the great feedback we continue to receive from our customers (see Testimonials at www.kuviez.com)! In addition to the current kids line,we are developing infant, toddler, teen, dorm, adult and senior adult bedding. With each age group, there will be extensive preliminary testing and age appropriate design adjustments to create the best and safest possible product for our customers.
