Qualified recipients will receive their eGift by email within 24 hours
Limit one Starbucks Card eGift per person.
Step 1. Have a Starbucks account set up, that is the same one you use if you use Starbucks smart phone app.
Step 2. follow @TweetACoffee
Step 3. Tweet "@TweetACoffee TO @Recipient
Step 4. Wait - a few minutes later you will see the tweet generated to the recipient of your free coffee tweet.
We tried the method on the Starbucks Tweet A Coffee page but that didn't work at all. It is a "in beta" so you have to allow for a few glitches. We also haven't received the notice of our free coffee for trying the program yet, but come back and we will update the status of that when and if we receive the $5 free coffee voucher.
Update October 30, 2013: We received the free $5 giftcard after the tweet and the $5 credit was send to their twitter account.
Starbucks is really stepping up it's game right before our favorite season of the year, Red Cup Day. That's the day the special Christmas blends of coffee come to your neighborhood watering hole including the Gingerbread Latte and the Peppermint Mocha Latte. No word yet on whether or not Starbucks will be rolling out a new holiday flavor.
We will be bringing you the "12 Days of Starbucks Christmas" when they start on December 1, 2013 so be sure to subscribe to the "Sales & Deals Examiner" above and follow us on @JustAskChrissy on Twitter
