It's a green foodie's dream: a great selection of food and drink from some of Chicago's greenest restaurants, all in one place! Planned in conjunction with the upcoming Greenbuild Conference, the first "Taste of Green Chicago" will take place on Thursday, November 18, 5:30-7:00 pm, at the Marmon Grand, 2230 S. Michigan Avenue. A ticket price of $35 will include food, two drinks and a trial membership in Delta Institute's new GoBiz Network. Participating restaurants are part of the Green Chicago Restaurant Co-op. The event will be a festive way to try out some of the great sustainable food our city has to offer.

And if you're interested in not only eating green, but building a green restaurant, check out the Greenbuild International Conference and Expo, November 17-19 at McCormick Place. Held by the U.S. Green Building Council, Greenbuild brings together thousands of experts from all over the world to share knowledge and inspiration on the future of sustainable building construction and design.
