Holy Quran says,
"As for those who say, ‘Our Lord is Allah,’ and then remain steadfast, the angels descend on them, saying: ‘Fear ye not, nor grieve; and rejoice in the Garden that you were promised . We are your friends in this life and in the Hereafter. Therein you will have all that your souls will desire, and therein you will have all that you will ask for-" 41:31,32
Steadfastness , determination and standing firm on their belief is an irrefutable argument to prove the truth of all the prophets because they teach and preach such views which are not acceptable for the people of their era. They claim that their teachings have been revealed to them by God the Almighty. They face all kinds of persecutions but stand firm and this is what you can never expect from a liar because people lie to gain worldly benefits not to lose everything they have and that's what we see in the life of all the prophets that they were offered and had the opportunity of getting worldly benefits in return of giving up their belief and not only they rejected it like nothing but faced the strong winds of brutal atrocities but stand firm on what was given to them by God and this is what someone can never achieve unless he is truthful.
Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was alone when he was imposed the mission of spreading the truth , the truth of giving up idolatry and believe in the oneness of God. Those who used to call him the true and trustworthy began opposing him . Friends became foes except for a few. The Meccans became his deadly enemies but the Holy Prophet (pbuh) was determined to spread the words of God which was revealed to him.
It is this determination and resolution of Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) which was given to him by God and it is this determination and steadfastness which attracted the mercy and grace of Allah so that almost the whole of Arabia joined Islam.
This is the story of all the prophets from Adam to Muhammad. (pbuh )
And now look at the life of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian (1835-1908 -The founder of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community ) when he claimed to be Promised Messiah and Mahdi , the followers of every religion including Islam started opposing him. Wave after wave of opposition and torture rose but vanished ! Why ? Because of the firm determination and steadfastness of the Promised Messiah which was granted to him by God Almighty. In spite of strong opposition from all camps the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community progressed and prospered and today by the Grace of Allah community has tens of millions members in 200 countries of the world. Isn't it a point to think ...............??
