The newest and actual full length trailer for "True Blood" was released last night and it has opened the question to if this is the end of the vampire with a promise of human farming and uprising.
This trailer alone could bode a full length script itself. The screen shots run so quickly but there are lots of hints and clues about the fifth season of "True Blood".
First, it promises that Bill and Eric will be working closely together this season. Chris Meloni's character Roman seems to be a force to be reckoned with especially with the authority behind him.
The action is intense and the scene with Russell and Jessica is priceless. Russell is attacking her and Jessica says, "My daddy is king!" and Russell responds with , "Not any more!"
If this is just a little bit of how the season is going to be, one can see that this is going to be the best yet.
Here is a top ten things that is revealed in this new trailer that only brings about more questions about the next season:
- Hoyt is in some kind of goth outfit and why is a guy vampire drinking from him?
- Sookie is called the Angel of Death by Lafayette- is this because of Jesus? And Jesus' spiritual brujah is seen again. So, is Jesus back in spirit or is he posessing Lafayette?
- Humans bodies are dead everywhere. This leads us to believe that there will be a huge human uprising this season.
- There are two fairy men who are very handsome. Could this be Claude and another of Sookie's fairy family?
- Eric and Pam are naked and n bed together. How and why did that happen?
- Jason has once again turned against the vampires. He says, "Vampires are getting away with everything." Is this because of his visit from Steve? What did Steve do to him and is that Jason in the mental hospital at the beginning of the trailer?
- There is a clip of Eric in an older historical outfit with blood on his hands. Are we finally going to learn more about the history of the Viking Vampire?
- Whose blood is in the container that is in the case in the Authority Headquarters and why are they bowing to it? This must mean that it's really important.
- Who is Sam shooting at? Is there more shifters and weres this season or are the other supernatural beings turning on the vampire now? And who has him held hostage on the end
- Sookie's fairy powers seems to have increased but to what extreme?
But, the most important is question is why is Sookie kissing Alcide and does this mean that they will become a couple this season?
But, the most intense comment is when Eric and Bill are talking. Bill mentions that Sookie caould be useful in the fight against Russell and the Authority and Eric responds with the fact that he doesn't think that she wants any more to do with them. Bill becomes very demanding and says that they should not give her the choice.
This trailer flashes quickly but it shows so much of "True Blood" season five. What are you looking forward to the most during this season?
