'True Blood' to release Pop Vinyl figures in September

"True Blood" may be ending its run after seven season on HBO at the end of August, Funko Pop Vinyls will be commemorating this event by releasing "True Blood" themed Pop Vinyl figures a few weeks later in September. The figures will consist of Sookie, Alcide, Bill, Pam, Lafayette, and Eric.

The cost appears to be $14.91 and are available for pre-order here. It is also available here for $9.99,

Funko Pop Vinyls have become a favorite of collectors within the last year. Collections include "The Big Bang Theory", "Game of Thrones", "Adventuretime", "Despicable Me", and soon "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" vinyls as well. "True Blood" started out its first few years as HBO's number one show and has been holding on as one of the top viewed shows on the cable channel. It is based on the "Southern Vampire Series" by Charlaine Harris and was created for television by Alan Ball. It tells the story of a telepathic waitress named Sookie Stackhouse who is thrown into this supernatural world of vampires, werewolves, shifters, witches, and fairies that she never knew existed. The television show is loosely based off of the books.

"True Blood" is set to return on June 22 for the final ten episodes and the Funko Pop Vinyls will be the perfect give for "True Blood" fans of all types.
