'True Blood': birthday girl Deborah Ann Woll sells off items to charity

Deborah Ann Woll is currently in the midst of celebrating her 27th birthday -- and rather than simply celebrating the big day via some conventional ways, the "True Blood" star is deciding to take advantage of the chance to give back.

In conjunction with fan site The Vault, the actress (who plays Jessica on the hit HBO show) is auctioning off a signed portrait by Spanish artist AnimaEterna along with a photo of the show's primary vampires also signed by her. Proceeds from Woll's sale will go directly to the Choroideremia Research Foundation -- which helps to find a cure to a debilitating eye disorder that her boyfriend E.J. Scott suffers from.

Woll is set to play a key role yet again on the show's upcoming fifth season, but the real question at the moment is just how long her fling with Jason Stackhouse will last. We are hearing that Claude -- a new character from the fairy universe -- could be a role in her life.
