Trostel's Greenbriar Restaurant (5810 Merle hay Road in Johnston) announced that they will be adding a number of special menu items for the 7-day stretch starting on Valentine's Day (February 14th) and running through February 20. Chef Troy Trostel will offer the items on top of the regular menu after 5 p.m. each day during that 7-day period. On Valentine's Day, Trostel's Greenbriar will also offer love song serenades.
