Clive small dish hot spot Trostel's Dish announced on Monday that they would be hosting a wine dinner on March 10 featuring the wines of the Michael David Winery. Michael and David Phillips' family has been cultivating wine grapes for nearly a century in the Lodi region of California, and the brothers' winery has been well-regarded since its inception in 1984. On Monday, March 10, Dish's Chef Jed Hoffman will pair five of the winery's best wines with a delicious five-course dinner. There will also be four more of the wines available for tasting. All nine wines will be available for purchase, and a representative from the Michael David Winery will be on hand to answer questions and give patrons the history of the winery itself.

The Michael David Wine Dinner will be $60 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are required and may be made by calling Trostel's Dish at (515) 221-3474. The dinner will begin at 6 p.m. Here is a look at the menu that Chef Hoffman will be preparing:
