This is a great pie to make for any Holiday gathering!
Tropical Fruit Pie
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 package cream cheese, 8 ounces
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can tropical fruit salad, reserve 2 tbsp of juice
- 1 container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2/3 cup flaked coconut
Beat cream cheese, reserved syrup and vanilla.
Stir in whipped topping and 1/3 cup coconut.
Spread mixture over crust.
Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Spoon tropical fruit and banana over cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle to with the rest of the coconut.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
