I will take 'things in common' for 1000 Alex. The answer is Brad Rutter, Nancy Zerg and Watson. Who beat Ken Jennings on Jeopardy?. That is correct and if you think you can accomplish the same feat as those three then there is an app just for you that comes out today for your iOS mobile devices.
The app called 'Trivia death match with Ken Jennings' pits you against the trivia master that survived over two months longer than anyone else on the quiz show Jeopardy. Once you download and start the app; on your iPod, iPod or iPad; you will be challenged with over 1,000 questions divided up into 20 rounds of stress building head-to-head competition against the 74-day champion. If you do download this app you better be quick at the button to beat the man that proved he could outmatch all of his opponents when it came to pressing the buzzer.
The app is the brainchild of Seattle-based FilmWise, LLC. The company was started back in 2001 by two college buddies, Brian Kirk and Jim Bolquist, that has become best know for their many invisiblies quiz apps. Since that time Jim Bolquist has left the company and Brian Kirk's wife, Jessica Aceti, has joined in the daily workings of the company.
When FilmWise was first creating the app they actually had Ken Jennings, who now lives in Seattle, come in and go into a test booth where he answered all of the over 1,000 questions as fast as he could. They recorded his time and speed to give the users a literalistic experience as they try to outsmart the quiz-master.
