She is known as the first ever “Bachelorette” but Trista Sutter is more than that these days. She is a wife, mother, and now author of a brand new book called “Happily Ever After.” After almost 10 years of marriage to her husband and soul mate Ryan Sutter, this girl is putting her reflections down on paper. She did an interview with Robin Roberts on “Good Morning America,” as posted on Yahoo News on Dec. 2, talking about her book and what fans can expect when reading it.
Sutter has such a positive outlook on life and she reflects that in this book. She is known for being a constant ‘tweeter’ on her official Twitter account and she does a daily post on her favorite part of the day. She believes in having a grateful heart which has led her to end the day on a positive note. She says that gratitude is so important.
"I feel like when you're in the rough patches in your life, it has helped to lift me up, and when you're in the high times, it helps to keep you grounded," the reality star said.
What you will also find in “Happily Ever After” are special stories from her family and friends, and even strangers that Sutter has chosen to include. She gives tips on choosing gratitude and positivity which she has deemed ‘happily ever actions.’
The Sutter’s have been married for almost 10 years now and after having two beautiful kids, they are happier and seem more in love than ever. In fact, the couple will be renewing their vows soon, which is expected to be aired on Jan. 19 on ABC. The mother-of-two has found the man of her dreams and is now forever part of “Bachelor” nation.
Even though many couples from the show don’t make it, Sutter says that you really need all components in a relationship to make it work. “You need to have trust, honesty, respect, love, commitment, friendship, humor, all of those things wrapped up into one," she spilled. It sure sounds like she has that with her firefighter from Colorado.
Congratulations to this “Bachelor” nation couple that has made their relationship work for the long haul.
