'Trine 2', 'Amnesia' get discounted in Steam Holiday Sale for Monday

The Steam 2013 Holiday Sale continues Monday with a new batch of downloadable PC games on sale that includes Trine 2: Complete Story, Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs and plus AAA titles like Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Borderlands 2 and Arma III.

Trine 2: Complete Story has the biggest discount of the day as its price is dropped 90 percent to just $1.99. The cheapest deal of the day though actually belongs to the indie developed Reus at $2.49, which features giants shaping a planet to their will.

The co-op beat'em up, Castle Crashers, is half off at $3.74 while Early Access to the action co-op horror title Contagion is the same price.

The reboot of the classic RPG series, Shadowrun Returns, also gets a hefty 55 percent markdown to $8.99.

Meanwhile, Splinter Cell: Blacklist gets cut to $29.99, Arma III to $35.99 and the Borderlands 2: Game of the Year Edition is available for just $14.99.

There are also Flash Sales running every eight hours at Steam. The current selection until 9 p.m. EST includes Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, Dead Space 3, Brutal Legend and Cities XL Platinum.

Don't forget that yesterday's deals are still available as well with The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Max Payne 3, Tomb Raider, The Witcher 2 and more still on sale until Tuesday at 1 p.m. EST.
