Celebrity talent of all kinds have been and are used for entertainment at a variety of events throughout the years for every celebration imaginable. It could be for a company's or an individual's birthday, anniversary, awards ceremony, a roast, a toast, a wedding, retirement party, graduation, holiday shindigs...
You name it, some kind of entertainment, other than a boom box, is highly sought after and enjoyed. And each celebration requires a certain kind of talent. A modern-day teen's high school or college graduation would not quite be right with square dancing, a bagpiper, or the use of a clown - although nothing is wrong with those types of entertainment for the right occasion.
One particular occasion, held on Friday, January 29, 2010, was that of an event held at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Jacksonville, Florida. Among the many beautiful pieces of art, were those of, the also beautiful, and never forgotten, Marilyn Monroe. Hmmmm, what kind of talent might one think of for that event?...
Correct, "Marilyn Monroe" (Dawnn Behrens) as well as "Elvis" (Roger Hawk) tribute artists were on hand to greet, pose for photos and down-right entertain in a proper 50s manner.
Haley Benardino, representing The Interger Group, was there as well, promoting her "product."
More to follow on Benardino, her product and the talent who helped make the event such a hit!
Dawnn Behrens as Anna Nicole Smith
