Triangle Restaurant Week is back. Starting today and lasting until January 27, participating restaurants are offering special $10 two-course lunches and $20 or $30 prix-fixe, three-course dinners. Seventy-nine restaurants from across the Triangle are participating in the culinary week-long celebration.
Perhaps you have heard rumblings about the newly-opened Asian and French fusion concept named Bia at Solas and have been itching to try it out? Or you’ve never tasted Laotian food but have been curiously waiting on the sidelines for the right time to step into Bida Manda? TRW may be the perfect time to dip your toes into the culinary cesspool with its expansive myriad of restaurant selections. Maybe you saw the recent nod to Durham in The New York Times and want to dive into the Bull City further by taking a trip to the German eatery Guglhulph Bakery? And don’t forget, the peak of good living awaits visitors in Apex, so why not take a detour into the Little Hen for some farm-to-table goodness?
Whatever the reason (or excuse), browse the TRW restaurant list and head on over to one of the participating local restaurants. You never know, you might discover a new favorite restaurant. Special passes and reservations are not required to participate and most prix-fixe menus are listed on the Triangle Restaurant Week’s website.
