Three dirt tracks in the Niagara region will be hosting the Tri-Track Series in 2014. The New Humberstone Speedway, located in Port Colborne, Ontario, Merrittville Speedway, located in Thorold, Ontario, and the Ransomville Speedway, located in Ransomville, will host the series, featuring both 358 DIRTcar Modifieds and DIRTcar Sportsman. Each track will host at least two 358 Modified and two Sportsman races as part of the 12-race series.
“We are very excited to be working alongside both Clinton Jeffery and the staff at Humberstone and Erica Bicknell-Jones and all the staff at Merrittville to bring together this series,” said Tana Robinson, PR and Marketing Director for Ransomville Speedway.
Ransomville Speedway is located on Braley Rd. off NYS Route 93 in the Niagara County hamlet of Ransomville. Celebrating their 57th season in 2014, “The Big R” races on Friday nights and features 358 Modifieds, Sportsman, Novice Sportsman, Street Stocks, and 4 Cylinders.
Merrittville Speedway is located on Merrittville Highway in Thorold, Ontario. Looking forward to its 63rd consecutive season in 2014, Merrittville hosts racing on Saturday nights, featuring 358 Modifieds, Sportsman, Hoosier Stocks, 4 Cylinders and Mod Lites.
The New Humberstone Speedway is located just two miles east of Port Colborne on Highway 3. Opening for their 55th season in 2014, Humberstone features Sportsman, Late Models, Street Stocks, Mini Stocks, and Pro 4 Trucks.
