David Vonderhaar may have provided a small hint on Jan. 25 in regards to the release date of the Revolution DLC for the Playstation 3 version of the multiplatform title, “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.” According to a post from his Twitter page, the game design director at Treyarch disclosed that he does not have an official release date for the downloadable content pack on Sony’s high-definition console. However, he noted that the DLC exclusivity periods for the Xbox 360 versions of “Call of Duty” video games have traditionally lased around a month. You can check out some screens from the Revolution DLC in the slideshow at the top of this article and David Vonderhaar’s comments below (courtesy of the DavidVonderhaar Twitter):
I don't have an official release date yet, I'm afraid. Traditionally it's been about 30 days.
The Revolution DLC is slated to come out first for the Xbox 360 version of “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2” on Jan. 29. The downloadable content pack could then come out on other systems as early as late next month.
In addition to the aforementioned Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 systems, the first person-shooter also came out for the PC and Nintendo Wii U late last year. You can purchase the video game in the following link: “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2”
