It’s about that time when hopes for spring are in the air. Along with the promise of warmer weather to come, Cleveland residents are also looking forward to the Tremont Art Walk. This annual event has been taking place in the Tremont area since 1993, making this special occasion 20 years old. This fun filled event will be fun for those of all ages.
The Tremont Art Walk was founded by Sandy Rutkowski and Jean Brandt. They had only seven businesses donate their resources, time, and anything else they could contribute to start this second Friday of the month tradition. And with all of this, they were able to hold their first official walk on February 12, 1993. They have really grown over the past years. They now host over 100 businesses and showcase around 1,000 artists. The location of this event is in the local Tremont area.
